    La atención NO fue la adecuada, comida fría, demasiado tiempo entre platillo y platillo. El colmo sin cubiertos! Tuvimos que esperar cerca de 5 min por tenedor y cuchillo

    I don't know if they were understaffed or over booked. Either way, the service and the quality of food was abysmal for a McCormick & Schmicks property. Our waitress continued to forget our table even though we had been sat before others in her area around us. The clam chowder was more potato than anything else. The quality of the cocktails could be rivaled by Applebees or TGI Fridays in their flavor profile. The oysters were poorly shucked. The only decent dish was the flounder, which was perfectly breaded and prepared. Everything else was sub-par tot say the least. Very disappointing meal all around.

    We went on Christmas @ 7:30 which you can almost expect some delays. They got us in right on time which was nice but they opened all the rooms which I don’t think they were staffed for. Our waitress was good when we saw her but she was overbooked. My husband & daughter wanted the 8oz filet but they were out. He ordered the rib eye which had no flavor and she ordered the waygu which was very dry. My flounder & the stuffed salmon were both very good. We usually like dessert but they were out of a few items & there wasn’t anything else appealing enough to keep us there longer. Maybe on a regular day it would be better.

    We arrived on time for our reservation only waited 15 mins to be seated. It was Christmas evening. We all ordered the 3 course chefs dinner feature. The appetizers were tasty and came quickly, as did our drinks. The entrees came more slowly, about 25 minutes. My wife and daughter ordered the 6 oz ‘filet’ that didn’t look like one, more like a 3/4” steak. They ordered them medium but they came medium rare. The entrees also weren’t hot, just warm. Another glass of wine and Desserts were ordered and took another 25 mins. They were delicious though. It seemed as the high level of business affected the ability to deliver a premium evening.

    The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was cheerful and welcoming. Our server, Ben, was super warm and friendly. Food was excellent even though they were out of 2 of the 3 dessert options that came with our holiday meals by the time we got to ordering them. But we were so full we didn’t mind sampling the other options that Ben brought out! Great job accommodating so many hungry guests with grace and good cheer on Christmas night!

    I had the worst meal ever at this restaurant on Christmas day. I ordered seared tuna and it arrived completely raw not seared. When I complained to the waiter he did not offer to rectify the matter but asked if I would like to order additional items. I declined since the tuna was so horribly prepared I was reluctant to order anything else as the couple at the next table had received a raw steak. (Although their server had the matter rectified and they received a new steak) The sides that came with my order were also terrible and were over salted. Eat at this restaurant at your own peril. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was also bad and accordingly I left the server a $2 tip on a $70 dinner bill for myself. To be honest, I believe the server was overtopped in this circumstance since he did NOTHING to rectify the horrible food.
