   Loved the experience. Our server was amazing and so kind. Our server was able to get us on the waitlist for dinner at the restaurant. The drinks were amazing and I loved the personalized service that we received will definitely be coming back with more people.

   Was told by our hostess to stay in our area before entering. We didn’t know what that meant considering we were sat at a table. Disappointed that we were sat at a table instead of one of the cool booths when we made a reservation way in advance. The tables should definitely be for walk ins. Service was basically impossible. Waited awhile for our initial greeting and then had to flag a server down every time after that. We got the lamest glasses and that’s half of the fun with tiki drinks. The painkiller was absolutely disgusting. Me and my friend didn’t drink ours at all. Normally I like them. We ended up leaving and going back to agave bandido which we had dinner at prior and had a much better time.

   Hands down the worst “tiki” bar I’ve been to. The Mai Tai sounded correct on the menu but I have no idea what they served me because it was definitely not a Mai Tai. The only thing this place has going for it is the unique tiki style lamps and that’s it. Music was a mix of generic R&B that doesn’t fit the vibe of a tiki bar. If it were marketed as something else then I wouldn’t be so harsh but this place was a let down.

   Vibrant Atmosphere with Delicious Drinks, but Watch Your Tab I recently visited Maya Tiki and had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, even though the lounge wasn’t very crowded, which added to the intimate vibe. The drinks were delicious and truly a highlight of the evening. However, I would advise future patrons to double-check their tabs. We had an issue where one waitress took care of our orders, but a second waitress handled our payment and mistakenly doubled our total. When we brought it to her attention, she seemed confused and unhelpful. Thankfully, the original waitress stepped in, sifted through the lounge's transactions, and refunded us the difference (a small blessing given the light crowd). Despite this hiccup, I still recommend Maya Tiki. The vibe is wonderful, and the service was great until the payment confusion. Just keep an eye on your bill to avoid any misunderstandings. --- Feel free to tweak it further to match your personal tone!

   What a fun experience. The service was awesome and the drinks were outstanding. Can not wait to go back. Highly recommend.

   The decorations were OK. The drink was amazing. I’m including food in this review even though food is not served in the speakeasy, but I did have food downstairs and it was terrible. I ordered an entrée and specifically asked for a dessert, but wanted the dessert to come out once I was finished eating my entrée and they literally brought my dessert and my entrée together. Like why would I eat ice cream with fried donuts with a quesadilla? There were not a ton of people upstairs which was fine. The service was horrible up there. It took a server over 10 minutes to come and take my drinks order when she finally arrived. I went ahead and placed my order. She never returned until the end of the night to cash me out so I didn’t get to try another drink. All in all, I think it’s a cute experience with good drinks and a nice vibe. The music was pretty whack, but it was cool.

    Was fun to do once but honestly nothing really would entice us to go back. Drinks were alright, staff was nice but understaffed so everything took forever, music was incredibly loud, and there wasn’t any snacks.
