Please ensure your email and phone number are up to date, as we will contact you for your group’s pre-orders; you will be required to choose one course per section for each diner at least 72 hours prior to your reservation, unless your booking was made within this time frame.                                                                                   Mucha descoordinación en el servicio. Los camareros no sabían que de mesa eran los platos y no traían las cosas que se habían pedido. Además la cocina tardaba mucho en hacer los platos. No puede ser que en el restaurante de un hotel de cinco estrellas el servicio del restaurante sea tan pésimo y más en la comida de navidad, además de que nos habían hecho elegir lo que íbamos a comer con tres semanas de antelación. Como quejas menores cabe destacar que no había nadie atendiendo la gente que entraba al restaurante y tampoco encontraban las reservas en el IPad. Tampoco cogían los abrigos a los comensales y hacían dejarlos en las sillas. En general, fue una experiencia muy desagradable y pésima en un restaurante que se encuentra en el mejor barrio de Londres y en un hotel de lujo. No volveré.

                                                                                  Very disappointed. We paid 155 GBP per person for the Christmas Day 5 course menu and expected great service. Our waiter sat us down and ignored us for 25 min. He walked by us many times only focused on another table. After 25 min I had to ask if we can order a drink. The waiter never came back and other people brought our courses and removed them but no one ever asked us how things were. After we were done we waited again for long time watching other tables being brought their bill that sat down after us. I finally had to ask a woman if we could have our bill to check out. This was not service expected at a 5 star hotel and for the price of the menu.

                                                                                  The food was incredible! The service not terribly attentive until we spoke up…then much much more attentive! Ambiance lovely… a bit noisy but fairly crowded as it was Christmas night and you could feel the joy. Overall…. Pretty good I’d say!

                                                                                  Excellent concept le partage des plats japonais et italiens. Le service a été parfait au départ puis inexistant à la fin , c’est bien dommage pour ce prix!

                                                                                  Bit disappointing with the food, menu had lamb cutlets on it so I ordered them, they arrived and it was just lamb cutlets, no mash no veg??? Not even the option, same for wife, quite poor if you want my opinion.
