Maxine's magnificent interiors are inspired by the funky watering holes of Soho and the corner bistros of Europe. A curated menu by Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Chef de Cuisine features elevated breakfast, brunch, lunchtime and dinner favorites that offer peak flavor and freshness. From morning favorites to later-day delights, discover what fits your fancy at the West End's premier neighborhood café and bar.

We are open daily for breakfast, brunch and dinner.
Walk-ins are always welcome and reservation for dinner service are available.

I took 2 friends to celebrate a 40th birthday and a pregnancy. Despite booking a reservation, we had to wait for our table for 20 mins. We were offered a muffin cut into 3 for us to share while we waited. When we seated, we were sat outside on the patio, which was heated but very drafty. I had specifically requested a table inside when I made the reservation, and asked to be moved inside. The hostess seemed very annoyed by this request, and told us we would have to wait in the outside waiting area while we waited for another table. To be fair, it was busy and she was the only hostess working. At this point, I kindly declined and said we would wait at the table she sat us and order coffee while we waited to be moved. It seemed ridiculous for them to ask my very pregnant friend to stand and wait outside given that they had made an error. The experience picked up, as were moved inside and ended up having a lovely meal and great service by our server.

The waitress was very kind and helpful. Great atmosphere and the covered patio is a plus on a mild but rainy day! The food tasted great and their coffee is also well crafted. I had 2 orders of flat white with my food order! 5*

Love going here. Always makes me feel I'm in NY or Europe. Food was yummy, although I was surprised at the arrival of my Tuna Benedict. It was deep fried in a ball, when I mistakenly thought it would be a tuna steak. Still good, but I must have read the menu incorrectly.

Amazing service, delicious food and they gave us a beautiful hand written card with complimentary hot chocolates for our anniversary brunch! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
