Seafood chowder was really good! Lots of scallops, prawns and plump clams. Perfect consistency and wonderful flavour. Be sure to order their garlic bread with it. Yum!

Luckily we had made a reservation otherwise we would have waited awhile. It was their brunch Sunday. Food was excellent, but we were disappointed that the menu on line was not available. We used the scan code which was fine. However you don't get to ask questions about the portions unless you go to counter. Can be very noisy to have a conversation with someone who has hearing aids. Overall our out of town guests enjoyed the food and scenery.

Mattone is a comfortable restaurant, the staff is friendly and you can’t beat the view. The food is really really good and the chef adds menu items for special holidays (eg Valentine’s Day) which makes it fun. Tried the seafood chowder on our last visit and it was amazing!!

My partner and I went for their soft opening last fall and were happy with the experience. Now that they are operating with the full menu, we were still satisfied and enjoyed the food. We will definitely go back. The only thing that prevents a 5 star is they operate with counter service for ordering.

This was a great new find! Very unique in that you receive a menu, order at the counter, and then have your items delivered to your table. There was also an option to use a QR code and order from your phone. The view was out of this world. Helped that we had a cloudless sunny day, but I think it would be gorgeous no matter what. Everything was super clean, including the washrooms. I had the mushroom ravioli and my husband had seafood linguini and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food. Their homemade focaccia bread was the best we've ever tasted. Will definitely be back!

It's a great resturant no table service though you have to go to the counter to order. More of a deli feel then a resturant. Looks like a great patio for the summer

Muscles were so small. The pasta could of had more flavour. Not the qwality the resteraunt was when it was in Willow point. A bit of a letdown. Really loved the food when it was there. maybe it will get better. Will give it another try for lunch later.
