MATCH Eatery & Public House has combined the welcoming and social traditions of a neighbourhood pub with the high-energy of a lively sports bar. Whatever your great night out looks like, we’ll match it with our creative comfort food, cold libations, and exciting entertainment. The service was horrible. The older man as my server was slow, got the order wrong, never offered refill for drinks. Didn’t ask how our food is after being served. I think the only reason he works there is his budy is the manager. I ordered the pizza from other Match restaurant in the past and l loved it. But Queensborough location is horrible. Plus half the Televisions didn’t work and the restaurant looks rundown. I would not recommend this place.

We couldn’t actually eat during our reserved time due to the power failure in the building. We received no notification of the issue and went for our reservation anyway and ended up not having dinner. :( we would have appreciated some sort of notice of the issue by email or text, but none was delivered. Kinda a bummer because this is one of our favorite dining spots. Oh well 🤷🏼‍♀️

We went to Match on a Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday. I made a reservation about a month in advance for six people, we were sat at a table that was too small, and the service staff was very confused as to why we wanted to move. We were eventually moved to a table next to the pool table and spent the rest of our evening dodging pool cues. We barely saw our server, one of my guests waited about 45 minutes to an hour to put her order in and we had to flag our server down to not only get the bill but to pay as well. All in all not a great experience, likely will not be returning.

The brunch Menu was very good. I recommend a French toast, good coffee, servers, refilling water and coffee.

All aspects regarding dining was good. The reason why I gave the overall experience as two stars (I was going to rate it as a one) was because of the establishment’s lack of communication. I sent a total of four messages to the restaurant through the Open Table portal through which the reservation was made. I did not receive a reply and finally had to phone to obtain an answer to my question; this was unacceptable to me. I get the impression that this location is not managed well. The Match location in Delta has always replies in a timely manner.

We arrived for brunch and won the $50 burner bill draw that paid for breakfast and beverages and now enjoying the halftime festivities for the 2024 great game very good sports bar

Seated in Sony's section and were treated very well. Excellent service, great food and great friends. It's our favorite Friday night hangout.

Service was very good. The happy hour specials were very good value. I’ve had better fish and chips. The manager was very kind as we waited until after the Monday night football game as there was a problem with their win a jersey draw and we were awarded for a patient with a Tyreek Hill Miami dolphins jersey .
