MATCH Eatery & Public House has combined the welcoming and social traditions of a neighbourhood pub with the high-energy of a lively sports bar. Whatever your great night out looks like, we’ll match it with our creative comfort food, cold libations, and exciting entertainment. We went to Match on a Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday. I made a reservation about a month in advance for six people, we were sat at a table that was too small, and the service staff was very confused as to why we wanted to move. We were eventually moved to a table next to the pool table and spent the rest of our evening dodging pool cues. We barely saw our server, one of my guests waited about 45 minutes to an hour to put her order in and we had to flag our server down to not only get the bill but to pay as well. All in all not a great experience, likely will not be returning.

The brunch Menu was very good. I recommend a French toast, good coffee, servers, refilling water and coffee.

All aspects regarding dining was good. The reason why I gave the overall experience as two stars (I was going to rate it as a one) was because of the establishment’s lack of communication. I sent a total of four messages to the restaurant through the Open Table portal through which the reservation was made. I did not receive a reply and finally had to phone to obtain an answer to my question; this was unacceptable to me. I get the impression that this location is not managed well. The Match location in Delta has always replies in a timely manner.

We arrived for brunch and won the $50 burner bill draw that paid for breakfast and beverages and now enjoying the halftime festivities for the 2024 great game very good sports bar

Service was very good. The happy hour specials were very good value. I’ve had better fish and chips. The manager was very kind as we waited until after the Monday night football game as there was a problem with their win a jersey draw and we were awarded for a patient with a Tyreek Hill Miami dolphins jersey .

This was a good place to go on Sunday for brunch while enjoying the NFL football games. There were prizes to be one including a Detroit Lions jersey and a $50 credit towards your dining bill.

Turkey dinner was the worst we ever had. I took my brother there for his birthday and we were both very disappointed. Needless to say I feel so bad about the whole ordeal. I will be taking him out again at a later date. The turkey and dressing were so dry you had to cut the dressing with a knife. We have eaten there many times before and never had such a bad meal. I have already contacted the restaurant regarding my issue.

Another great evening watching Monday night football has the San Francisco 49ers defeated the New York Jets once again there were beverage specials, which came with pool tabs that you could win prizes and draw that you texted a cord word. Looking forward to going back for Thursday night Football this week.
