Our restaurant is a great place to get a high quality, made from scratch meal in Oviedo, where our menu includes tavern favorites like our grilled Atlantic salmon and our classic Southern staple of shrimp and grits.

We had a shockingly negative experience. The service was poor for cocktails and appetizers. The smoked trout dip was very good. The waiter, who told us he had been working there for 9 years, was insulting telling us we were needy (asked for blue cheese olives for martini’s) and rude (by not being ready to order). We told the waiter, after his comment that we are no longer interested in ordering an entree and he turned and walked away. Patrons at other tables around us commented how insulting the waiter was to us. We had to find a manager to pay our bill for the cocktails (they comped the appetizers). We were visiting from out of town and found this restaurant on Open Table.

Chicken panini was cold. Not aware it seemed changed the recipe as the cheese was not fried and thrown on chicken as mini buratta and did not melt

Really love Marlowe's Oviedo. We had kettle chips as appetizer and the portion size was large. We both loved the sandwiches we picked, the Chicken Panini and the beef french dip. The Tavern fries are homemade and not crinkle cut from a bag. Makes a big difference. Marlowe's is kind of our go to place for a moderately priced dinner. Highly recommend

Sat by the porch door and I was not fan of the people going in and out. It was a distraction for conversation with my company.

We enjoy a great family dinner for Father’s Day. Service was great and super quick considering the restaurant was packed. Everyone was friendly and the food as always was delish!! We’ll be back for sure. Love Marlow’s Tavern in Oviedo
