Marleys was opened in 2018 by young local couple, Mark & Charly. It's a culmination of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients - served by the friendliest team, and truly produced with love, thought and care.

We serve lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

We focus on 'British Comfort Food', with a little extra attention to detail. Casual Dining at it's best - in your little neighbourhood cafe-restaurant.

We take dinner bookings in the evenings - with breakfast and lunch being walk-in only.

    Lovely valentines meal for two couples. Free glass of prosecco / non alcoholic drink if preferred on arrival . Food lovely . Would definitely book again .

    Although the food was nice enough the service was a disappointment. Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were placed in a waiting area. Once at the table it took a long time for someone to take our order. From arriving to receiving the starters in was over 40 minutes. I eventually managed to order a second drink after my main was finished. When we asked for the dessert menu we were told they needed the table and would have to move to the waiting area to eat it. The same people were sat at all the other tables when we arrived and when we left. We were the only same sex table and felt we were possibly singled out because it was Valentine’s Day and they though we were just friends.

    This was the 2nd visit during a 10 day stay in Folkestone . Food and staff was wonderful on both occasions. Jx

    Marley’s is one of my absolute favourites. The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, the staff are friendly and welcoming and in general, it’s just a lovely place to be.

    The waiting staff were excellent, friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. The food was very good, all three of us had different main courses and each was delicious. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

    Always love coming to Marleys. The service, food and ambience are always reliable and you can be sure of a great time out. Highly recommend!
