Very good welcome on our arrival, and a lovely pot of popcorn to have whilst waiting for our food and drinks to arrive. The drinks came swiftly, the chicken burger and fries were delicious.

Excellent meal and the service was fantastic, the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. Samere was the best waiter ever, attentive, polite and helpful. Great customer service and ambassador for the restaurant and Hotel.

Lovely staff, service is excellent, food is delicious! And for luxury restaurante I would not say it was expensive, 28 pounds for good portion of main course. I found it a bit hot and staffy in there though, had to come out few times to cool down to a bar, which is next door (great place as well!) The music was wonderful outside of restaurant but none inside, I guess it will be too much if it was playing there as a lot of people's buzz was in the air and you would not enjoy it Overall it was amazing experience, splendid views, it is stunning in the evening especially! Will definitely visit it again!

If you would enjoy Xmas lunch in a packed noisy motorway services style cafe, this is the place for you. The food was good, and plentiful and being a buffet you had as much or as little as you wanted. However, there were no decorations in the area we were in, the tables are incredibly close together and and they filled everyone. The tables had no cloths, and there was no feeling of any specialness. There was a singer singing pop hits loudly and thank goodness we were not near her. For families who like to fill themselves with food, in a noisy atmosphere it may be great, but for a couple who wanted a nice Xmas lunch it was absolutely horrible.

Christmas Day buffet was excellent! All the food was excellent quality, everything was replenished quickly and just so much lovely choice! My only regret is that I went in at 3.. if I do it again I will book for earlier as there was a lot of food to get through in 2 hours. My mistake. Thank you to all the staff, you could see you all worked so very hard! Well done all. You made it such a lovely memorable day.
