   Buen servicio Quizás por las fechas el menú estaba muy limitado y ya no tenían disponibilidad de algunos platillos del menú

   The meat was delicious, as always, the service was lousy, we waited a long time for them to take our order and we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to bring us our order. We had to ask what was going on so that they would just look for it. The salad bar was very poor and almost empty, they did not replenish what was running out. We did not have a good experience, however, we will return for the quality of their meats.

   We arrived early for our reservation and the waiter was able to seat us. Unfortunately we were then left sitting for half an hour without any being served again. The waiter finally came and took our order. When the food finally arrived, he brought just one steak and an empty plate. He told us he forgot to order 2 meals (we thought we’d made it very easy by ordering the exact same dinner and sides). I declined his offer and asked him to give the dinner to my mother and I’d wait. 20 minutes later my steak finally arrived. The steak was delicious. The accompanying pepper sauce was very oily and tasteless. On the reservation there was the opportunity to mention any special requests. As it was a special dinner for my mother’s 80th, I mentioned this and if they could add a candle to a dessert to mark it. This never happened either. The steak was delicious but the service very poor.

   Arrived at the restaurant to find it empty. They didn’t look at our reservation. On choosing our table, we were told to choose our meal and drinks by scanning a QR code. Not acceptable for a steak restaurant, if I’d wanted fast food we’d of chosen Nando’s or McDonalds, not fillet steak at €50 a pop. This was a dealbreaker for me as service is everything. There were around five members of staff hanging around the counter looking bored. We promptly left, never to return.

   Das Filetsteak war sehr gut aber die Rippchen waren den Preis nicht wert.

   Wurde nett empfangen und an den Tisch begleitet. Service sehr aufmerksam und Essen und Trinken kamen schnell. Zwischen Vor- und Hauptspeise genug Zeit. Qualität wie immer sehr gut Rundum ein gelungener Abend. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

   Amazing experience. The food was delicious and well served. The staff really gentle. The price is fair considering that restaurant is in city center.

   Wir haben an Silvester einen Tisch buchen können, worüber wir sehr happy waren. Pünktlich waren wir dort und wurden herzlich empfangen. Man sagte uns von Anfang an, das es dauern wird,womit wir auch kein Problem hatten. Als wir dann nach 1h und 45min immer noch kein Essen bekamen war mein Verständnis dafür doch aufgebraucht. Unsere Servicekraft war sehr zuvorkommend und ist uns auch preislich entgegen gekommen, was wir wirklich nett fanden. Als das Essen dann kam,waren wir leider enttäuscht vom Geschmack . Am gestrigen Tag ging sehr viel schief in der Küche sowie im Service. Es gab sehr viel Persoal ,welches aber oft orientierungslos um die Tische rannte. Die Toiletten möcht ich nur am Rand erwähnen, die waren einfach nur ekelig. Wäre ich dort am Anfang gewesen hätte mir schon vieles klar sein können. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das vom Filialleiter/Chef mehr Unterstützung für seine Servicekräfte aufgebracht würde. Schade aber hier stimmte an diesem Abend Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht.
