Some of the main were cd so had to send back and the tofu was tasteless very poor vegatarian option

We were sat at a tiny table directly under a warm best of air with no where to put our handbags but the floor as the rounded chairs made our coats slip off too. I asked to be moved because of the warm air but was told no because all other tables were booked but they said they would switch off the fan which they did only for it to be switched back on 5 minutes later. 15 minutes after we ordered only 1.30pm on a Saturday we were told that there was no crispy beef, I asked if there was beef for tge other dish available and the answer was yes ..so I replied with well why can't the use the beef to dip in cornflour for crispy beef ? The reply was it needed marinating ang the chefs would have time !. The prawn craker sweet and soir sauce was extremely sour and tasted like pure vinegar the 'dim sum' starter was cheap supermarket beige fried spring rolls that had no filling just mushy pastry inside, a couple of chicken nuggets, prawn toasts and I have no idea what tge othe blob was as it was unrecognisable but sight or taste . Chicken curry was lumps of water filled chicken that were almost unrecognisable and the char sui Duck was square slices of very dry meat that was tasteless. As for the drinks Prosecco was poured from pre decanted lableless bottles which meant that it was almost flat by thr time it hit the glasses which were warm because of the fan above us. We were give a bizarre plastic takeaway tub filled with tubs of flavoured syrups to add which took out the last bit of fizz and it was like drinking day old sweet flat alcohol. We then chose a spirit and mixerr instead and the Rum came in a half pint glass filled yo the brim with sweet cheap cola so that it wasn't really recognisable as Rum ..I asked if I coukd have just a shot of Rum without coke to add to ut but was told no it was only served this way. When the bill came there was a service charge added which we asked to be removed . There are many £40 brunches available in Leeds far superior to this.

We went there for our anniversary meal after hearing really good things. We arrived and had high hopes. Cannot fault the food at all, it was unreal food but rather overpriced for what you get. Can go to your local Chinese for the same food and 1/4 of the price. You feel very rushed like you only get an hour to eat everything and be out the door. It’s extremely loud in there, this might suit some people but for the price you don’t really want to be sat on the end of a walkway underneath a speaker feeling like you’re in the way. At the end, we got the bill and noticed it was wrong, we told the waitress but her response was no this is correct so we paid. Then calculated it and worked out it was wrong by about £14 so called another waitress over, explained how it was wrong and then got a£11 something refund. Feel like this is a very overrated place.

50% off was good. Sweet chilli sauce with prawn crackers & salt & pepper squid was neither sweet or chilli which was disappointing. No soy sauce on table. Chow mein & Mongolian beef were nice.

Jason, Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify that the prawn crackers are served with sweet & sour dip and not sweet chilli which contains no spice. The squid is tossed in a combination of authentic spices with fresh chillies, spring onion and garlic. It is categorised as mild spice. We do not allocate bottles of Soy sauce on every table but will provide it upon request. We are glad you enjoyed your food!

We booked in on the same day with ease. The restaurant was lively and the servers were attentive and no request was too much. We ordered salt & pepper chicken, duck fried rice, duck rolls and salt & pepper chips. Portion sizes were great and food tasted fab. My new favourite Chinese in Leeds city centre!

Poor service. Food took over an hour to arrive. When did arrive, half was cold. Food very average, wouldn’t be going back

Priya, I sincerely apologise for the delay in service times. I see that your dim sum arrived 44 mins after ordering, followed closely by your main meals. This is longer than we aim for, and I regret any inconvenience caused. Due to the high volume of orders during our January Sale offer, we’ve experienced delays at peak periods. While the restaurant was fully booked during your visit, our team worked diligently to ensure everyone had an enjoyable experience, and I’m disappointed that we appear to have fallen short on this occasion. We always aim to communicate any delays effectively, and I apologise if this wasn’t clear during your visit. If you experienced issues with the temperature of your food, we encourage guests to let us know at the time so we can address it immediately.
