    Service was exemplary from the moment we walked through the door. Our server, John, was extremely nice and helpful with describing our food choice options. Meal was ready before we knew it and was ready for us to eat. The presentation was excellent and the food delicious. Expensive? Yes. Worth it. YES!

    Its atmosphere was casual and inviting. The service was prompt and timely although service felt rushed. The menu was easy to follow and recipes were simply described. I highly recommend the Caesar salad as it was crafted true to form of chill-crisp romaine lettuce topped with a creamy Caesar dressing traditionally made with anchovies, garlic and egg yolks well balanced with Worcestershire and mustard. I would have preferred shaved Parmesan cheese to the grated style, and typically waiters freshly grind pepper at the table. Still, this recipe was the best I've ever eaten at any restaurant. My entree of a rare New York strip steak, followed by sides of a bake potato and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce was quickly served filling our table with plates of hot enticing recipes. A delicious, beefy tasting steak perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The large potato was steamy hot, soft and buttery. The sauted Asparagus were firm with a little crunch just the way I like to cook my asparagus at home. It was obvious the chef who made the Hollandaise sauce was experienced being attentive to produce a silky, buttery sauce. Oh my, what a dining experience! Chefs were true to the culinary arts, ingredients were high quality and presentation was simple yet with an appetizing eye appeal. An outstanding dining experience.

    It was the first time eating at Manny’s Steakhouse for all of us. We were NOT disappointed. One of us went for the Ribeye w/ Bearnaise while the rest of us had Filet Mignon w/ Bearnaise. Then we all shared Asparagus w/ Hollandaise, Loaded Hashbrowns, Cheesecake and Baileys Cake. Not a meal for someone dieting! The steaks were AMAZING!!! I love my red meat with Bearnaise, so it was absolutely heaven. The asparagus and hashbrowns were done to perfection. And the deserts were quite tasty. The only thing that was “off putting” was having someone clear plates while others were still eating. I did not say anything tonight but if it happens again in the future, I will politely ask that they wait until everyone has finished before clearing (Hospitality Rules 101). If I were at Perkins, I wouldn’t have bat an eye; but at these prices, I expect perfection, and hospitality rules to be followed. Which brings me back to the food. PERFECTION!! It was fantastic! And I’m already thinking about the next time to go. Their Brunch menu looks amazing, and I saw the Crab Dumplings close up and definitely will be ordering those in the near future!
