We are a locally focused restaurant open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Let us to take you on a truly unique 7-course journey through the senses as we offer a dining experience honoring local, organic, wild foraged, high vibration ingredients.

We have one seating per night. It is at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $118 per person.
(20% auto-gratuity for parties of 6 or more)

                  Mana is an absolutely unique experience. All ingredients are locally. sourced, and the list of ingredients is totally different. The menu is set, only one sitting, but each course is different, wonderfully tasty and explained by the staff. A flight of beverages, either alcoholic or nonalcoholic, to accompany each course is available. I recommend you choose whichever option you prefer. The whole experience is totally different. The pace is relaxed, neither rushed nor delayed. Descriptions of the courses are really good, and the fact that the staff comes by with each and includes further details makes it even better. I have been there several times, and each time the list of ingredients and then the wonderful flavors blow me away. I highly recommend Mana.

                  Incredible dining experience. Everything was delicious. Nice size portions for each course. The wine pairing and mocktail pairing was spot on. The chef and his team were all delightful and engaging. I will absolutely be going back, and recommend Mana to all my friends.

                   we had a great experience in one of Manas igloos until our heater went out and they didn’t know what to do to fix it. Once this occurred, the service drastically decreased, and they just kind of ignored that we were in the igloo in the freezing cold. Then I got a bill that didn’t add up correctly and had to go inside and address it.  They had accidentally credited our hundred dollar cash to another table. Put a damper on the nice experience we had had and the good food.  we got lots of I’m sorrys, but nothing was comped and overall came home disappointed. Would unfortunately not recommend unfortunately.

                  Not worth the money at all. Do not waste your time and money on what was basically a tasting menu prepared by a 4-yr old. I know I sound harsh but over $100 per person, we expect it to be pretty freaking good. But no, sorely disappointing. The rice was basically from a box and not completely cooked, the soup was just full of pepper to cover the bland flavor and do not get me started on the duck… I honestly barely made it through this meal. And it doesn’t stop there, the chef comes around at the end to ask for suggestions, we heard him next to our table and then he pops over to ours. When you give him a small suggestion because he is honestly asking. All he said was “oh yeah we know that and we don’t care”. Woof. Will not go back.

                  The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. It was not unlike enjoying a meal in someone’s home. Music was a considerate volume and the kitchen traffic was not distracting. The food was incredibly disappointing. It started somewhat palatable with what was basically a glorified corn chip which was followed by a salad that was just a little bit too deconstructed. The second course was by far the best, which was a tempura nori crisp with a fantastic shitake hash and what we thought would be a pretentious ponzu foam, but was actually quite delicious. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal took a dramatic downturn after that, with what was an inedible smoked salmon that seemed to have been reheated in an oven, coupled by the mushiest tomato risotto I’ve had the displeasure of being served. When that was followed by a dry duck roulade, my partner and I chose to forgo dessert altogether in order to spare ourselves. They need to focus on substance over style. Not everything needs to be so overly decorative in order to taste good.
