Mama Yo is located on Camden Street in Dublin 2. The menu, which blends traditional Chinese recipes with a contemporary twist, has been created with sharing in mind, so is perfect for groups and family style dining.
With an extensive menu covering dim sum style small plates and an array of mains and sides, come prepared to make some tough choices!

The stunning interiors of Mama Yo, featuring two full sized trees in the middle of the dining room with bespoke silk lanterns, create a magical and enchanting effect, adding a layer of far eastern exoticism to your dining experience.

The restaurant is also extended with a fully roofed and heated Terrace for Dinning or private hire.

Our Roast Duck is subject to availability and must be pre-ordered a minimum of 48 hours prior.

The staff are not only friendly but also highly attentive, ensuring every aspect of your meal is perfect. The atmosphere is nothing short of outstanding. The interior design is beautifully curated, blending traditional Chinese elements with modern elegance, creating a space that’s both inviting and visually stunning. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or a special someone, the ambiance at Mama Yo is ideal for any occasion. But the true star of the show is, of course, the food. While everything we tried was fantastic, the Lemon Chicken deserves a special mention. Perfectly cooked and coated in a tangy, sweet glaze, it was hands down the best dish of the evening. Mama Yo Chinese Restaurant is the perfect blend of excellent service, exquisite cuisine, and an outstanding atmosphere. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience you won’t soon forget. Highly recommended!

                                                                    From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, we were impressed not only by the warm ambiance but by the exceptional service provided by Pablo and Bruno. Pablo greeted us with a welcoming smile and guided us to our table, offering thoughtful menu suggestions that were perfectly suited to our tastes. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel like valued guests from the start. Bruno continued this outstanding service throughout the evening, with his friendly demeanor and great knowledge of the menu. He made excellent wine recommendations and ensured that every dish was explained with enthusiasm. His thoughtful touches, like refilling our water without being asked, added an extra level of comfort to our experience. Together, Pablo and Bruno created a memorable dining experience that went far beyond just the food. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine passion for what they do made our evening truly special. We’ll definitely be returning for the fantastic service as much as the delicious meals!

                                                                    Nice atmosphere and great service. Food was perfectly fine but overpriced. 10 quid for 2 tiny duck spring rolls. I think 22 for a chicken main and doesn’t even come with rice that’s extra.
