Where to start. First off we felt rushed by the staff to order and finish our meal from the start when the restaurant wasn’t even at capacity. The people bussing the tables tried taking our appetizer before we were done once then only a couple minutes later the hostess came and took our appetizer off the table only after she touched and picked it up she asked if we were done. Which I finally said sure. The Bolognese tasted like our steam clammed appetizer. The meatballs were extremely dry. While eating I put my fork down for a second to take a drink only for the bus boy ask if I was done and touch my plate before I responded. Restaurant. The only good thing was our steamer clam appetizer and wine. Really looked forward to our dinner there, but was left extremely disappointed and won’t be going back

Very flavorful pasta, and the clam appetizer was super good! Our server was attentive and made sure we were having a good experience!

We made a reservation for 14 people. Restaurant was steady and seemed understaffed for the business. The side pasta were all overcooked noodles. Service was slow, slow on refills and pre-bussing non existant. The automatic gratuity was ridiculous for the quality of service. The added fees were terrible and didn’t match the $500 spent. Service charges and non cash charges. Bartender was pleasant in handling our complaint.

We've been before. Our server was rude and bland. Had to ask several times for a refill on water and sodas. It was our first time bringing our adult children here. Food was well prepared, and they enjoyed it. But we left with a mid feeling due to service.

Our first time there, the 4 of us were glad we went! The service was great, the food was delicious, & we love the old buildings downtown like the one Mamma Mia is in.

Horrible food. I spent most of the time post dinner expelling gas (although I had no large carbonated beverages). This may have been a good place in the past, but not now. Avoid and find much better choices in town.

The 7 of us enjoyed my birthday dinner at Mama Mia’s and had such a wonderful time. Food was great and it was a fun environment to celebrate.

This is a REAL Italian Restaurant. My wife and I only know of a few in the area and this is one of them. Just because a restaurant serves pizza and pasta does not make it an Italian Restaurant. This one has a menu featuring many real Italian dishes including Italian desserts and Italian cocktails and wine, even Grappa! The service was prompt and courteous, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was wonderful. We arrived an hour before our reservation but was promptly seated anyway. I really don't understand why anyone would give this restaurant less than 5 stars. We found free street parking right in front on the restaurant. But if you can't find street parking, there are two pay parking lots right across the street. We are adding this place to our list of favorite Italian Restaurants and I'm sure will be returning many times in the future.
