    Malone's is always a good choice. The food is tasty, amount of food plentiful & nice atmosphere. Parking can be a challenge at the Palomar location but it's a big parking lot & you will find a place. We celebrated a birthday & were treated to a dessert. The wait for our order seemed a little long. Unfortunately, just as they were bringing the tray out, there was a mishap & the tray went crashing to the floor! Apologies were made & a rush put on the order. Eventually we received our order & everything was great. We all had take home boxes.

    I love dining at Malones in Lexington. We usually go to the Tate's Creek location, but we were closer to Palomar, so we made a reservation there. As in the past, the food was excellent, and our server was great (Diane). The only issue that detracted from our experience was the mechanical and impersonal greeting and escort by the young ladies at the hostess station. They were very attractive and were dressed professionally, but I think they could all use a reminder to smile and interact more cheerfully with guests.

    Thank you to our server Caleb and all the staff!Amazing experience celebrating my wife’s birthday milestone. Reservations were easy, food was excellent as always and service was outstanding! We felt very blessed by the hospitality from everyone involved. One of our favorite places to enjoy great food and a memorable time. Thank you again!

    Since Malone's at Palomar changed its seating arrangements, dining there is a much less pleasant experience. On several occasions recently, we have been seated at a high top table so close to another table that it felt as if we were dining with them against our will. We were sitting pretty much shoulder to shoulder with a family group, with no way to avoid overhearing their conversations. On the whole, the dining room arrangement feels crowded and is difficult to navigate- particularly if you have to use a cane or other assistive device. What's worse, eating at Malones no longer feels like "fine dining" by any means. On the positive side, the service and food are consistently reliable, and the prices are reasonable overall.

    Been here a few times when in town. Always enjoy the experience!! Lexington salad was very good. 8 oz filet was great. Baked potato was great. Very good value!!! Better than the "more expensive" steakhouses. We need one in Franklin, TN!!!!!!
