Born and raised in Kansas City Missouri, southern hospitality is on the top of our list. It’s more than tradition. It’s ice cold beer, key lime pie, and a party in our backyard. Our family wanted to turn passion into a reality in 2013, so we came together and opened Mallards. With Dad in charge of the menu all of our favorites started showing up! From Jambalaya to Tennessee Hot Chicken, our story finds itself on each and every plate!

The food was delicious but not hot as if it came out immediately after preparing. The appetizer was closer to room temperature. The main entree was better temperature wise and was a good portion so I took leftovers home. I can’t wait to go back to try out other dishes as everyone’s plates looked tempting.

First time going. Food was good. Prices were decent. Got salmon & the steak alfredo. Drinks could've been made better. Lemon drops

Seating was quick but it should have been because we had reservations. Server came in good timing to get our drinks but then it dropped off quickly. Appitizers took over 30 mins and arrived same time as our main dishes. My girlfriend ordered the pecan walley which had zero flavor and sloppy. I had the steak which was very tuff and extreamly salty to the point i could not finish even half of it. Green beans were practically raw and garlic mashed potatoes were just unedible (and i love potatoes). This was my first and probably last time visiting this establishment. Trust me save your money.

The waiter was excellent. I wish I remembered his name. I ordered meatloaf. It was burnt and the mash potatoes were cold. Also it took a long time to get our food

Staff, Nick primarily, were great. They were helpful, friendly, and even on Valentines weren’t pushing to turn the table. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable evening.

First time to Mallard’s. It was tastefully decorated with plenty of seating. Our food was delicious—Southwest Cobb Salad and Mallard melt with fries! We’ll go back.

Server Carlos was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the items on the menu. The food was good. Had the lobster roll, Cajun fries, and chicken salad sandwich. There was no hostess when we entered the restaurant, so the server seated us. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated.
