You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Review for Liberty House, New Jersey Liberty House offers a solid dining experience with a nice atmosphere and great views. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the drinks were well-made. Service was a highlight—our server was personable and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Maddy Rose is a great place to celebrate an occasion or hangout with friends. My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. The food was good but not breath taking, the ambiance was nice with the live music but unfortunately the weather did ruin it a bit since our view was only fog and rain. The best part of the restaurant was the service everyone was so attentive and nice that it made it special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Just make sure to go when the weather agrees with you.

Hostess checked us in then came to our table 15 minutes later to again confirm my table. She only asked my table too, felt very uncomfortable

Probably a different experience from regular days because of the valentines pre fix menu. Main concern was with portion sizes which were quite small and deserts seemed to be made somewhere else, not the most flavorful. Service was decent but relatively slow. Should probably come back for a regular day to get a better experience.
