Here at Mad Dogs & Englishmen we have become renowned for our themed Afternoon Tea’s and wonderful cocktails. Enjoy the eclectic surroundings of this unique venue. We offer an immersive experience, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!
The Parlour Tea Room at Mad Dogs and Englishmen provides a vintage setting to enjoy Afternoon tea. We’ve become renowned for our themed teas which offer an unforgettable experience.
The Botanical Rooms is upstairs and hosts our cocktail bar and also hosts our themed afternoon teas.

    The theme was The Nutcracker. The decor was magical and the afternoon tea was delicious. The staff are exceptional. A wonderful experience.

    The experience was great and staff couldn’t do more to help and make the visit magical, the food was lovely although cakes were extremely sweet, it is very expensive and felt that the service charge should have been included in the overall price rather then adding it on at the end. If you are celebrating a very special occasion I would recommend.

    Such a great venue for a fun and relaxing time with friends. The team really make afternoon tea a mouth watering experience.

    Atmosphere, decoration and ambience was outstanding. Cocktails were creative and very delicious but rather overpriced Very disappointed in the cakes: mouse was very sharp, cheesecake was tasteless, shortbread was thin and most unlike shortbread I have had ever had before. Could do with changing those. We had a table by the door: very draughty : suggested they could do with blocking the table with a draft excluder around the table. Apart from those comments would definitely give it anither try.
