Come and meet the funniest man in cricket over our usual sumptuous lunch and drinks at M Restaurant. Yes, it's time for Tuffers, a man who will make you laugh even if you don't like cricket. Phil Tufnell was a very fine cricketer, too, playing in 42 tests for England and taking 121 wickets with his left arm orthodox spin, playing with the likes of Mike Atherton, Graham Thorpe, Nasser Hussain and Alec Stewart, and against the might of the best Australian team and a Brian Lara inspired West Indies. As if that's not enough Tuffers went on to become King of the Jungle in I'm a Celebrity, a long-serving captain on A Question of Sport, danced in Strictly Come Dancing and is a Test Match Special pundit and commentator.

Martin O'Neill also played for Norwich, Manchester City and Notts County, as well as 64 times for Northern Ireland, before embarking on a successful career as a manager, winning the League Cup twice with Leicester, three Scottish League titles and three Scottish Cups with Celtic, plus spells at Norwich, Aston Villa, Sunderland and Forest, as well as the Republic of Ireland. The day will be full of good food, good drinks, good conversation on the tables and an ever-flowing stream of great football stories from our main guest.

Locating the entrance was a hassle Calling the restaurant to get help with directions was useless I had to give all the details you can imagine while standing in the cold just to get directions that did not help The food was either too dry or tasteless or very salty We ordered the dumplings wagyu fried chicken, had absolutely no taste and was underwhelming. We also had the medium well Chateaubriand which was very dry for a medium well and the outer part was burnt The servers were nice The highlight was the ambience and the company I had

Food was excellent, Rump steak cooked perfectly. However, service was a little patchy. Food was served in good time but, drink orders took along time to arrive and staff needed to be reminded. Overall, a good experience as staff were friendly and soon rectified the delay.

A wonderful evening. From the time we were greeted by Patricia, to Thomas, our server for the evening, all care was taken. His attention to detail was superb. Lovely decor and the food was excellent. We will definitely recommend to our friends.
