    I had reservations & I understood there may be a wait time because it was Valentine's Day but we were actually sat on time. The issue was when the waitress walked up and said follow me she took us outside to this other building and sat us down. We made reservations to be able to sit and enjoy the complete ambiance of the restaurant. This room was so packed together we were literally on top of the couple next to us. A candle with no more wax was on the table, no music, no TVs nothing it literally looked like a warehouse. Then a waitress comes up introduced herself and out of no where another waitress walks up and starts telling her off for taking her table. Then they get their situation together asks would we like bread we said yes. She's comes back 10 mins later I'm sorry we're out of bread for the night. I say can we just order salads and our food. Salads came they were good. Then maybe 20 mins later our food comes. I order chicken Parmesan and my chicken was burnt. I tried to push through but i couldn't. My date order chicken Marsala and never in my life have I seen a piece of chicken with literally a glob of dark brown I want to say gravy just plopped on top. We both tried to just eat because it was late and we were hungry but neither of us could take it anymore we asked for the check paid and left. The only part of the experience that was very nice and pleasing was the Valet attendees. They were very nice & welcoming and we all even had a good laugh while waiting on our car. They were the only great part of the night.

    We were put in secondary side room which stinks ! Rooms ok but that’s not what we asked for and if we’ve known we would’ve cancelled! When you pay a good dollar no matter how good food is do not want to be put in a side room ! We will be back ! If they put us in their again we’ll go somewhere else

    Early Valentine’s date night! Seated right away for our reservation but the host was not friendly. Water and bread came right away and server greeted us shortly after. Drinks were just okay — would stick to the wine list in the future. We shared the crispy shrimp which was delicious! For entrees, I got the eggplant parm which I really enjoyed! My girlfriend got the salmon which was undercooked. Unfortunately, service took a turn for the worse around then. About ten minutes had passed before our server came to check on our food after being dropped off by a food runner. It took abnormally long to get another drink as well as to put in a dessert order and get boxes. The whole time, our server seemed focused on closing tasks and side work while we attempted to get her attention. Same situation for payment. Eventually, we brought the card up to her as we were the last in the restaurant despite having finished our courses long before and had just waiting to cash out. Would return if the occasion prompted and hope for better service, but would be hesitant to recommend for that same reason.

    We went for Happy Hour, and it was great! Not only were the appetizers and pizza half off, but we also found out that all bottles of wine were half hour since it was Wednesday! Our server (Alec P) was awesome; he was very attentive and took great care of us! All of the food was delicious!
