Welcome to Lure Fish House, if your preferred reservation time is not available about half of our overall seating is unreserved for walk-ins. Our bar and oyster bar areas offer our full service menu and are open seating in order of arrival. Lure Fish House is a Ventura California based family-owned restaurant featuring the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Our Arizona Lure has its seafood order prepared in our own Ventura California seafood cutting facility and is directly driven to Arizona about 15 hours after it is ordered from the chef in Scottsdale. We feature organically grown local produce and wines from local vineyards whenever possible. We also feature a full bar with specialty cocktails made with freshly squeezed fruit juices and a raw bar serving a variety of fresh chilled seafood and oysters.

Great place to eat and drink well with friends. The open bar seating, great cocktails and friendly bar staff helped started the evening off right. The food was delicious, well crafted, fresh and distinctive. Their patio being dog-friendly makes it one of the best choices to dine in SLO. Will be back again.

Everything was amazing! Service is 10/10 and so is the food. The only thing I’ll mention that was a con in my experience is we walked in around 6pm and they told us it was full and we couldn’t get a table at all (reservations were at max capacity) but I went online after we walked out and reserved a table for 6:30 and got a table right away so I thought that was weird. Other than that I’ll definitely be back!

The Lure in San Luis Obispo had great service and the Sand Dabs were very moist and tasty. This is our 4th time coming and we have always had consistent service and great food.

The lobster tail was excellent - my husband had the special with key lime pie as dessert. It was so good.

Our second visit and happy to report it was just as delightful as our first. The SLO Restaurant month special was such a great bargan for the price and the food and service was top notch.

Had dinner at Lure. Very noisy with techno music banging in the background. Too dark to read the menu. Main fish dishes were good. New England clam chowder had too much pepper. Brussel sprouts were too sweet to eat.

Great experience! First time dining here and we absolutely loved it. My fiancé & i are big on seafood restaurants . Great service by Malachi he was on it for our requests on dinner items & drinks. Matt answered some of our questions about the new Lure fish house. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Excellent food and we will definitely be back soon with our friends and family. Gives us more of a reason to make a trip to SLO.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. He had sand dabs which were great, I had harvest salad which was good but not great. The butternut squash and the brussel sprouts could have had more flavor. I would probably try something else next time. They gave a very nice birthday sundae. Great prices and great service!

We had the Seared Ahi and Ciopino. All items were prepared perfectly. Excellent service, craft cocktails and awesome atmosphere, Deginitely be back

We took our 93 year old fella and his caregivers out for a nice lunch, celebrating one of them for turning 21 & to enjoy the wonderful ambiance of Lure! It’s really such a treat coming here and the food has always been delicious and fresh! I had the lunch special Baked sea bass with cilantro corn casserole and spinach 👌🏻 other had beef sliders and the Lobster roll was Amazing - just so full of tender meat ♥️ definitely dessert was a chocolate lava cake w vanilla ice cream and just scrumptious! Service was super and we can’t wait to return soon! Thanks Lure Peeps 🧑‍🍳
