Following a full house last year, we will be hosting another all-American inspired food. Share plates will begin from mid-morning and be served all day. Eat as much as you like as we break out the smoker for big feast. Menu will be decided by the Chef on the day but you can expect all you can eat: Smokey BBQ Pork Ribs. - Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings. - Mini beef smash burger sliders with 100% beef mince, American cheese, pickle and burger sauce. - Smoked Brisket Tacos with Angus beef brisket smoked onsite for +12hrs served with house made chimichurri - fresh guacamole and Green Chilli Poppers wrapped in prosciutto and smoked. On the side will be self serve Mac n Cheese and Potato Salad. Food will be served across many hours during the game

We will be open for bookings for a Christmas Dinner. There will be a sitting at 6:00pm and another at 7:30. It's a set menu $45 per person and includes: Starters: Cheese Board. Entre: Queensland prawn Bisque with crusty bread, Main: Twice Smoked Ham with Brown Sugar Honey Glaze, Roast Turkey with apricot and chestnut filling, Mini Roast Potatoes in their jackets, Steamed String Beans and Carrot, All you can eat fresh salad bar. Dessert: Christmas Pudding with brandy custard, Christmas Cake with Fresh Fruit.
