    Food was served promptly and tasted good. Price was very reasonable. Service was mixed, we were sat at high top and we requested glasses of water to various servers several times until the water came. It was very loud inside, due to various soccer kids and holiday party upstairs. Not complaining but expect lively atmosphere inside.

    It was the Christmas parade! Everything was lively and the fish and chips and drinks were good. There was six of us. With parking an issue around town, we had no problems parking in the Lulu lot behind the building at 5:30 pm. The parking attendant was awesome. He did a fabulous job!

    We made our reservation via OpenTable on a busy night for the patio. Specifically. When we arrived the hostess, Aliana refused to honor our reservation. She was immediately rude and dismissive, asserting that others had made reservations months in advance and therefore they would not honor my reservation as they didn't have a table. I made my reservation for the patio and it was confirmed. When other people booked has nothing to do with me or the reservation for my party. She then said she was cancelling my reservation. Quite literally have never experienced such awful service and representation at Lulus. The behavior from this hostess was disgusting. In no way was she accommodating or did she even attempt to rectify the issue.

    Excellent brunch! Just a little slow service , but if you’re not on a rush it’s a great way to spend the afternoon

    They generally don’t seem to have their act together. Waiter was inattentive, but fairly friendly when he showed up. Didn’t offer us cocktails or dessert (we would have had both), took our order and ran. Some items arrived quickly, but the appetizer took more than 1/2 hr., despite asking for it several times. One food item was delicious, another was overcooked with a sauce that was inedible. The decor is perfect Palm Springs whimsy, but sadly, we will not return.
