    1st we were late to our reservations, I called notifying the restaurant that we’re going to be late they said they’ll make a note of it. When we arrived 1 hr late they still seated us w/ no wait. Server was fast in taking our orders, quality of food & alcohol was on point, loved the ambience & decor, I would definitely come back & recommend this place to anyone coming to Palm Springs.

    Food and service was excellent the only issue we had was music was quite loud which made it a bit hard to hear any one talk

    Thanksgiving meal. This was what we found available and it was near to the hotel. I think the food was ok, mine a bit cold. Appetizer was very basic and desert was bland. I didn’t really have high expectations but I probably wouldn’t recommend their thanksgiving menu.

    It would have been a more pleasant evening had the staff not been busy undressing the empty tables in front of us while we dined. For the next holiday, I shall make my reservation earlier in the evening. Otherwise. It was all lovely.

    We went for Thanksgiving and it was understandably busy as they had a prix fixe menu but the food was great and the service was excellent!

    Short &brief.they made no exceptions for my vegetarian and Medical request.they only repeated themselves to their script only Thanksgiving dinner and if we don't like it we can leave.their so called Manager was just as rude.the so called waiter insisted the nice man who gave us water and offered us a vegetarian menu was 'a busser'only,rude.the folks who go there are blind to this hyped up ,trendy rest.no words at this point to the service we got..just terrible.

    Excellent Thanksgiving meal every year. It was made that much better this year with our fantastic server, Thomas! He was funny, efficient, and super friendly

    Lu Lu's is our go to restaurant for the holidays. Since we downsized there is no longer room for family Thanksgiving dinners at home. When the family comes for the Thanksgiving, Lu Lu's offers great food, friendly and patient wait staff (our grandchildren are 2 and 3 year old) and a vibrant atmosphere.

    I had never eaten here, and only by driving back to PHX did I make a reservation for Thanksgiving dinner. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were seated right away. This place is very festive. We sat there for 20 minutes before anyone came over to us, other people were seated after us, received water and a waiter took their orders. A waiter came over apologized and stated they did not know who was assigned to us, but were willing to take our drink order. We ordered, Ice Tea and Wine, they were delivered, but nothing else, no water was offered. The waiter came by, took our meal order, and someone replenished our drinks and gave us water. Our food arrived, we both ordered the Corn Chowder, it was good, but was more soup-like than a chowder. I ordered the Prime Rib which was excellent, the AuJus was cold, but the horseradish was excellent. Dessert, I had the Chai Creme brulee which was excellent, hubby ordered the Apple Crisp. I was surprised to see a 20% gratuity added to the bill. I would give this place a try again, but just thought the service was off.
