Willkommen! Welcome to Ludwig’s, an authentic German biergarten and must-visit stop on any trip to Leavenworth. Theres always something unique to experience in our fun entertaining atmosphere. Very nice experience. The restaurant very nice with a Bavarian feel. Food choices for everyone in the family. We went on a very busy evening and they seated us promptly a little before our reservation time. Did a very nice presentation and dessert for our birthday girl. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a reservation, but stood at the door for about 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. A family came after us and were also waiting behind us. they were seated next to us.Their server brought them a pretzel and cheese for their patience and was very friendly, our server did not and was not very happy. The food was not served hot, mildly warm. Just not a good experience.

great service. Beerhall atmosphere. The food however was only so so. One dish was unusual for a goulash. Others in the group did not enjoy the food itself, but all else was fine.

Food and live music was outstanding! Great draft and bottle selections. Service was fast and great. Prices higher but in-line with Leavenworth cost.

There was no host to greet us. We walked through the restaurant looking for someone. There was German guest haus style seating, I get it but it was really uncomfortable. The food came quickly but the veal schnitzel tasted as if it had been frozen for a long time. It was tough and the breading fell right off of it. I expected more from a German themed restaurant in a German themed town. Highly dissatisfied, it was a horrible experience overall.

We were disappointed with this restaurant, which we believe it is highly overrated. It took 48 minutes for our dinner to be served, (after waiting in line for an hour). When we inquired about the status of our order, the waitress informed us that our order was on hold because another table with 20 clients took precedence. This comment made us feel that our hard-earned money was undervalued. Additionally, we ordered a platter for two, which was placed in the middle of the table without any serving plates. Despite our request, the plates were never delivered. Overall, the quality of service and food was poor. Don't be misled by Yelp and other ratings; this is not the best restaurant in town.
