Waited for someone to seat us for over 5 mins. Drink service was slow. Many items on both drink and food menu were not available. Food was good.

We have been to Lucille a few times. It’s definitely not where it used to be in terms of overall experience. One pizza we ordered was hot, the other cold. We had reservations and had to wait 10 min before table was ready (a group of 4). Waited another 10 before server came to take our order … and our appetizer was served before the drinks arrived. It’s nice at Christmastime, but it’s lost its luster.

Most importantly, the food was amazing and the place looked awesome!! But we had a 4pm reservation on a Sunday and were disappointed that all of our top choices for special holiday cocktails were unavailable. We were so excited to try the fun drinks but we couldn’t get the ones we really wanted because so many were out.

Our server Bella and Ella were fabulous. Drinks were good but came out after our epanadas arrived the plantain/ blackbean and chicken were delicious. The fun cups were the best,took 2 home. And the steel pan pizza was oh so good but not very hot. overall we will go back but would love to sit at the bar to enjoy all the Christmas decor.

Hire more staff! The Bartenders are the slowest I have ever seen. Waiting almost 30 minutes to get drinks is not acceptable. Where are the managers and or owners? On a busy night they should be visible and helping. Very poor operation.

Great restaurant if you’re not gluten free/sensative. The food looked great that my friends had but my gluten free pizza was fairly terrible. It was a pre-packaged crust. Other restaurants in town make their own GF crust for wood fired so it definitely can be done. Other food was great but don’t order the GF crust.
