Lucia York is an all-day restaurant and cocktail bar serving a modern Italian menu feat. homemade pasta, gelato, pizza, pesce & carne dishes seven days a week.

Located in the heart of York minutes away from York Minster and The Shambles, this stylish restaurant boasts elegant interiors and an attractive heated outdoor courtyard.

Lucia's patisserie is open from 9am every day. The main restaurant opens from 12pm.

    We enjoyed a tasty meal for four outside under the heaters. The staff were very attentive and made our visit very pleasant. The tables outside are in a very secluded location, making Lucia a wonderful place to hide away from the busyness of the city centre.

    Lucia has gluten free and vegan menus which is really good as 2 of us have food intolerances. The waitress was lovely and helpful and checked with the kitchen about other dietary requirements for us. Wonderful service and delicious food.

    This is our second time visiting this place. First time was amazing, food was incredible and the staff are lovely and helpful. Our second visit was even better. I had requested flowers at the table and a birthday card for my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make the night special. We had a lovely waitress who was very helpful and made us feel very cared for. I cannot recommend this place enough. 100% will come again.

    Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food the service the wine all exceptional. It was our 2 nd visit to Lucia,s looking forward to the 3rd . Thank you for a lovely evening.
