Lucarelli Mailbox is situated in the heart of the city in the Mailbox. Located overlooking the canal, Lucarelli Mailbox is the perfect dining experience for a romantic dinner for two, business lunch, a celebration with family or even an evening out with friends. Why not try our special lunchtime menu or our Bottomless Brunch.

All our ingredients are sourced directly from Italy and also where possible from local suppliers. These are used to create authentic Italian dishes by our chefs from Italy, using traditional recipes based on their heritage, extensive experience and infused with passion to give you a truly memorable taste of Italy. Once plated, the dishes will be brought to you by our staff dedicated to provide you with prompt, attentive service together with some Italian fun! Have been to this restaurant several times and normally have a fabulous meal. However on this occasion we sat by the window and we were absolutely freezing cold. When my main meal arrived it was luke warm when I told the server about this she apologised and said that they were making me a fresh one. However when it arrived my half eaton ravioli was still on the plate so they obviously just put it in the microwave. So we were a little disappointed on this visit.

The restaurant was not very busy and the service was slow Had the monkfish and the sauce was tasteless and congealed like it had been left under a grill it’s normally very good and there was not the normal staff on duty it was a Sunday so maybe there day off

Had a table for 6. I had the risotto which was delicious. My friends ordered the salmon, which was served on its own and sides were added as an extra. They were disappointed that the meal did not come with the extras as part of the dish as the salmon alone was £22 and then to complete the dish you had no choice, but to add the extras.

Great experience overall. Greated with big smiles from the waiting staff , had wonderful 2 courses meal with impeccable service. Well done Lucarelli’s team 💪🏻
