   Fantastic location near the Hilton. We are here for a company meeting. The staff was accommodating as we added more people at the last minute. The deep dish pizzas were amazing. Three larges for nine people was perfect.

   Still waited 15 minutes after the reservation time to get seated, even though we were early for our reservation. Once we got seated, the food was amazing. Best deep dish in Chicago.

   We always love coming to the South Loop Lou’s. It is our favorite Lou’s to go to and the food is always fresh and delicious. The manager is always great and you can tell he really cares about the place.

   Trying to get 9 people on time post conference was tough so we lost our table however once all arrived we went to the top of the list for the next table. Food was good. It takes a good amount of time for the food to be prepared so it was a leisurely dinner. Nice to try Chicago deep dish!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Gerardo G.! I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Gerardo G., and I cannot say enough about his outstanding hospitality! From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed. Gerardo was not only kind and attentive, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He anticipated our requests before we even had to ask, provided great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. His positive attitude and genuine care for his guests made our dining experience unforgettable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not just doing their job but truly excelling at it with grace and professionalism. If you dine here, I highly recommend asking for Gerardo—his service will make your meal even more enjoyable! Thank you, Gerardo, for an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back!
