   We have eaten there before and had much better experiences. We waited over an hour for our food and it was cold when it came! Not going back any time soon

   If you like this cuisine, then you will really enjoy this restaurant. Food and service is terrific. We like making Lotus a stop Everytime we travel up to the resort.

   Shocking delicious! I didn't expect such a great experience at a casino. Having traveled to China for many years, I was very impressed with how authentic everything was.

   I Scheduled an 8pm reservation and was not seated until 8:30pm. Order drinks and did not receive our drinks until after 9pm. Our food did not arrive until til after my husband walked out the restaurant because the food took too long to arrive. The manger apologized but we still payed $220 for our dinner even though it was a horrible experience due to overbooking and understaffed.

   Went here on February 14th 2025 with my spouse, we had a 630 reservation and checked in at 620 then proceeded to sit and wait jn the area 5ft from the check in, couple behind us we over hear there early and checking in for a 7pm reservation and they get seated right away so we got up and left, never reccomend making a reservation here or going to this casino, I reached out and never heard back from management so I made a nice youtube video on the experience.

   I enjoy this restaurant. The Mongolian Beef is my favorite. You can order crab legs which aren’t on the menu. They are excellent but very expensive.

    Our meal at Lotus is always so delicious. While we are creatures of habit with our choices, the pot stickers and szechuan chicken are amazing, we added wonton soup, wings, and lomein this time. All great. But what makes one visit better than another is when Nenna is our server. She is absolutely the best, knows our favorites, and is quick to react to our needs. I never need to ask for more water or another glass of wine. She's there!
