Our server Nate was excellent and they definitely helped with making sure that we were very accommodated. Due to the massive rain on the day we went the ambiance was not what I expected but the place was beautiful and very chill

Drinks were good. The view and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. Steak tacos were terrible but nachos were pretty decent. Not the place if you’re looking for real dinner, but if the point is drinks, and a stunning view, this is the place.

The food was ok for it to be Taco Tuesday. The female that does the hookah takes a while to come change out the coal. I believe it’s a strategy on the restaurant behalf because it’s a time sensitive establishment. They do not want you to get too comfortable.

I’m not sure if I came at time when it was too busy but we were seated at a section where service was no where to be found/forgotten. Paid for bottomless but didn’t get drinks for over 30min. Maybe another time things will improve but not this time when I was there . I actually like the place so hopefully enough staff to improve service. It’s not a cheap place.

Worst service. 30 mins to take my order. Didn’t come around once to ask for refills or if I need anything else. Very slow. Then have the audacity to include a 20% tip automatically on your bill

I had made a reservation months in advance- in September when the dinner was for November 17th. I called twice as confirmation. The first time i called was to see if i could change the reservation from 8 people to 9 people but I was told by the staff that over 8 people there is a requirement for each person to spend 75$- i was confused because first- they’re menu for dinner time doesn’t have many options, second- the items on the menu don’t cost much how would per person add up to 75$. It was annoying so then i left it at 8 people. Then around late October early November i called again just cuz i was curious because the first time i called it sounded like i spoke to someone who doesn’t have much experience. I called again and spoke to a lady named Jessica- she was very helpful, she told me that the per person 75$ spending requirement is for a party over 10 people so I was able to change my reservation from 8 to 9 people. I also spoke to jessica about the seating and she said yes well anywhere you sit its a nice view of the city but I still put in a request for a table by the nice view- she said no problem. The day came! We went and my friends who got there earlier texted me saying they have no reservations under my name! I was confused then we went back n forth- i spoke to four different people, we were finally seated however we were seated in the lounge section where the table was very low and we had to put our food plates on our laps to eat because it was hard to bend and eat so low. Ahh the food was a whole different disaster. We were 9 people and we spent around 470$ including some drinks etc. some of our foods were cold! We were promised warm food so they took our foods and didn’t come back with them for like 20 minutes! Then to cover up for their food order mistakes they gave us one shot of vodka on the house. We didn’t care much for that because we were all very much looking forward tot his night that we planned way in advance yet it was disappointing.

Drinks are super weak. Saw the bartender pour nothing but ice into an almost empty pitcher of sangria. Food looks like something you just make at home. To loud. Way to over priced. Go to better rooftops in the city and for 2 people they enforce 20% tip

Simply horrible. This is not a restaurant but hooka bar they didn’t disclose at booking. I took my Mother’s Day brunch there and my mom got disgusted.
