Staff was not very helpful. The Sommelier (separate area) was brand new, and explained the flavors once we asked, while continually checking notes. She was sweet, just not knowledgeable or attentive. Same with the wait staff. We were standing by the fire after the tasting (a bit early for the reservation) and no one came to check on us. I checked in with the hostess, and she barely acknowledged me. 10 minutes later, the elder Sommelier came out and took great care of us. He said there was no need to wait, and we got the table set up. There were only a few tables of people at that time, but it filled up quick. They were really short handed. Pizza was really good!

Beautiful cottage and vineyard. Will return 😊 this was a surprise trip from my husband. We loved everything about it.

We nice evening on the patio. Live music, nice wine and the Tapas plate vigor two was perfect.

The setting is very nice, and the wines are pretty good for East Texas. The food was another story, it is very overpriced for something pretty much straight off the SYSCO food truck. We expected something like Kiepersol or Enoch's, and when we arrived the visual appearance did not disappoint. We tried several wines and they were good, just not excellent. Then the food arrived, the menu looked appealing and we ordered Fried Green Tomatoes, Brochetta and Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites. When the tomatoes arrived they were literally the same ones served at any other restaurant. The Brochetta was a little better, but nothing more than a small slice of tomato, a basil leaf and some cheese melted on a piece of baguette. The Steak Bites were good, tender and tasty.

We loved the chicken fried steak (we had to ask for the specials), and so was the burger. The people were friendly, but the service was a little lacking. The white wine selection was not great. Prices were reasonable.

Los Pinos Vineyards is a fun place for a group or a couple. Food and wines are great! Atmosphere is awesome. I would highly recommend for a fun time!

A hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. The drive to the winery will make you think you took a wrong turn and heading into the back woods. However it is well worth it! From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. I arrived an hour early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me. Nikki showed me my table and then personally walked me to the tasting room as I indicated I wanted to “try before I buy”. There Heather guided me through the wine selection, while also providing local tidbits. I finally settled on “Rosie the Riveter”. Per Nikki’s suggestion I went with the Pig & Fig Pizza, followed by the dessert I was told people drive from Dallas to get —- the Menage. Both were delicious. I can’t thank Nikki and Heather enough for making my visit memorable. Bonus—- on Friday nights they have live music in the patio.

there is inside or outside seating. We have done both and enjoyed both. Great starters! Food can be fancy or casual. Worth the drive to find it!!!
