In 2007, Mariano Codaro and Costa Grillas met in Miami and after working together for almost a decade, they followed their dreams of teaming up to open up a quaint boutique restaurant. They pictured a place where residents from the community could feel at home and enjoy a great meal at a fair price with impeccable service. Loretta and the Butcher is that dream fulfilled!

    We chose to sit inside due to the chilly evening—our first mistake, as we ended up next to an extremely loud table. Service was excellent and attentive, but the food was disappointing. The meat was tough and lacked flavor, the Caesar salad was drenched in dressing, and the Primavera salad was mostly shredded carrots. The lava cake was just okay, slightly stale. Overall, the price was too high for the quality.

    Food and service were excellent. We had the Lorena Burger and a steak Milanese.The fries are crispy and tasty. Highly recommend.

    "Had an amazing dinner with friends at Loretta & The Butcher. It was my 17th year anniversary and I had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The highlight of the night was the osso buco—tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was a delight! Definitely a spot worth visiting if you love great Argentinian food. Can’t wait to come back!"

    Good basic dinner. Had the salmon and my husband got one of the Milanese. Nothing amazing but definitely not bad. Would return for a lowkey easy meal.
