Named after the legendary bon vivant, Lord Lygon packs a bucket list of wines with top grapes from Australia and beyond. The space is pretty darn funky too.

Award-winning Executive Chef Chris Bonello went to town with the menu. Mix and match small bites for maximum pleasure, or choose the charcuterie pairing. Pull up a chair and settle in.

The toughest thing you will have to endure is where to start on the 300+ wine selection.

                                              My second time dining at Lord Lygon and it was just as impressive as the first! A warm greeting from staff who made us feel welcome immediately. A nice glass of bubbles to sip while we perused the menu. ‘An Italian Affair’ was our selected set menu with 3 courses of authentic Italian cuisine. The antipasto platter was amazing as was the homemade pasta with clams which followed. A coffee tiramisu for dessert was the perfect finish to a lovely dinner. It’s a small intimate venue which is perfect for sipping a wine from the huge selection on offer while dining on fine Italian food.

                                              Date Night at Lord Lygon was absolutely incredible! The ambience, food and drinks was perfect. The staff was probably the best part of the night, they were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We will be back! Would definitely recommend Lord Lygon to family and friends.

                                              We went for the truffle night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The four courses were each individually beautifully presented and delicious. Service couldn’t be faulted. We felt like we had been fine dining but with exceptional value for money!

                                              What a wonderful food experience. The truffles were amazing, the manager was unbelievable in his knowledge of the wine and good. Cannot wait to come back.

                                              We went for the 4 course truffle dinner . Chocolate soufflé with truffle was my favourite. All four courses were delicious.

                                              We did not have high expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were pleasant and professional. Food presentation was wonderful although the portion were a lit beat on the small size

                                              I recently attended the truffle experience and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While I had hoped for a somewhat enjoyable event, it fell short in several areas. Firstly, the organization of the staff was lacking. It was clear that they were overwhelmed, which impacted the overall experience. The coordination and communication among the staff members were poor, leading to confusion and delays. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. Improvements in staff training and event organization are necessary to make this a truly worthwhile experience.
