Loose Tie is a lively loft-style space located in the heart of George St., specializing in craft cocktails and fresh, innovative dishes

We are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday offering our full menu until 10pm. From hand-crafted pastas and fresh local seafood, to delectable small plates and delightful desserts , Loose Tie is the place to be for an incredible night out in the beautiful and historic city of St. Johns

Expect a chill lounge vibe on weekdays and in the early evening on weekends - but from 11pm until close on Friday and Saturday our energetic and versatile DJs drop the beats and our lively resto converts into a fun club focused on amazing cocktails and positive vibes

                                      Loose tie has never failed us once! We’ve been to the restaurant multiple times over the years, and not once have we had a bad cocktail, bad food or bad service. Whenever we have visitors in town, we know that Loose Tie won’t disappoint! Highly recommend it!

                                      Service was great, but we had to send two dishes back. One was undercooked and the other had hairs in it! They nicely comped us a small plate. But overall I was not as impressed by the food as I expected to be.

                                      We both had seafood and each dish was cooked perfectly. Lots of flavors and not overwhelmed with garlic. Service was well timed, courteous and responsive. Music and sound system were excellent. A relaxed and enjoyable meal.
