The two-level contemporary glass structure nestled next to Garden house in the heart of the Garden, offers full-service dining, a grab-and-go café, and a flexible space for educational programs, private rentals and special events. Guests dining inside will enjoy commanding views of the Anne Cox Chambers Southern Seasons Garden and Levy Parterre. Longleaf, focusing on seasonal ingredients and technique driven preparations, is an American Brasserie influenced restaurant serving classic French dishes along with seasonally inspired dishes in a relaxed setting. If you plan to visit, it's always a good idea to call ahead, especially if you plan to visit during the holidays, when the light displays are going strong. The food is prepared, freshly cooked and assembled, one by one, per table, so be prepared to wait your turn. If it's in season, and the market price isn't too bad, I highly recommend trying the giant seared lobster, which can be served as an appetizer, or eaten aa a main course.

We had wonderful service. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, able to explain food choices and wine. This was an amazing experience

This is actually a pretty good restaurant - a lovely room, good food and decent service. Just save it for a less busy evening. We made the decision to go on a peak Holiday Lights evening which took everything down a notch or two. I recommend it but at a time when it’s not overrun with tourists, children and a weary waitstaff as a result.

The restaurant is nice inside and the service was good the food however not great at all. Maybe it was what we ordered and just an off night. But I would not eat here again.

The chef and manager were extremely inviting and sweet and helped us find a table despite coming earlier than expected with our reservation. The food is gourmet and phenomenal, prices are fair and worth it. The duck confit was great! The ambience was great, and I just wish we could just go to the restaurant without the need to have garden tickets, but oh well! Amazing restaurant!
