London Street Brasserie is the second award-winning restaurant by owner and proprietor Paul Clerehugh. Opened in 2000 next to the river Kennet in the heart of Reading, the London Street Brasserie has won both critical acclaim and Michelin recognition and has also been voted restaurant of the year.

Lovingly called the LSB by regulars and locals, the restaurant has become a firm favourite in the area and a must visit for foodies.

Serving local produce to the highest standards this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This was my first booking at The London Street Brasserie. I chose to go there because they are very clear about dietary options and in particular gluten and dairy free choices as I am intolerant to both. The location is great, the food was very good and they looked after my dietary choices adeptly. It was lively as there were some work Christmas parties happening so a little hard to hear my friends at times. The service was great too and we plan to return in the summer.

Probably one of the best Sunday lunches we have eaten. The food was delicous and the service good. If we had any constructive comment it would be that the vegatables and the cauliflower cheese was on the large size. We are always keen to avoid waste and we are not small eaters.

having been to LSB several times, each being lovely, this was no disappointment The food is great, slightly quirky, and the service friendly and polite I don't believe in giving 5 stars as that doesn't leave anywhere to go for the 'exceptional' - but LSB comes very close

We hadn’t been to LSB for a long time. Food & service was excellent as always. It was very quiet for a late Friday afternoon but got busier.

So i found this place to eat as we were in reading and came across this restaurant as it had excellent reviews and when i say it did not disappoint it didn’t!! Highly recommend this place to eat! The staff were incredible and i ended up ordering the fillet steak and it was the best steak i have ever eaten! The great selection of food and drink was exceptional! The ambience was perfect and i really felt a special guest!!

Fantastic meal at the London Street Brasserie. As it was Sunday lunch, enjoyed spicy chicken pea tacos to start with, amazing roast duck and a delicious Jamaican mess. As always the service excellent, it’s our favourite meeting point for a catch up over great food.

Thank you for such a pleasant time with you on Sunday. Your waitresses were attentive and friendly. I had the gradalvax and had to leave half of the creme fraiche topping behind - you might want to consider popping less on to the plate? Your roasts are very generous and I couldn't manage all the potatoes and Yorkshire. The food was hot which everyone appreciated. Overall a great time. Thank you
