Living Foods aims to bring the Kauai community healthy food choices, upscale groceries, and a fun, casual café and restaurant environment for Kama’aina & Tourists alike to gather. At Living Foods, Ohana means bringing guests together around high-quality and socially conscious products and ingredients on a daily basis.

Living Foods features a fully-stocked grocery with ready-made to-go items as well as more permanent fixtures for weekly grocery needs. Living Foods café features coffee and fresh baked goods, and is open daily. The all-day restaurant at Living Foods will feature breakfast, lunch, and dinner, highlighting menu items such as Fried Rice, Bibimbap, Aguachile, and Smash Burger and is open from 7am to 10pm.

Whether just enjoying Kauai for a week or more permanently, Living Foods is a community where guests can reliably source quality products to feed themselves and their families. At Living Foods, we are always celebrating the craft of Aloha.

The food was so so, we showed up 9 min early for res they asked us to come back in at time of reservation when they’re we’re plenty of open tables. No smiles on any employees all looked as if they had just been given pink slip.

Nice quiet island vibe. Servers were attentive and had good recommendations on the menu. Be sure to try one of their salads, you won't regret the beets on blue or Thai beef!

So happy to have dinner here. Our 7 o’clock reservation was honored. The service was mediocre. No water refill. My partner’s meal was delicious. Mine was interesting and would’ve been perfect, but the beef was tough.

Food was fantastic. Service was horrible. Our server took the order and never came back. No one asked how the food was, if we needed water or another beverage or dessert. After waiting for 20 minutes we went to the hostess stand and someone brought over the check. Did provide a discount without us asking but never apologized for the horrible service. Definitely willing to try again as the food was great. Get the nori wrap.

Come here each time we visit Kauai which is yearly. Food is good, but not great. Nothing special about the fish sandwich, smash burger or roasted chicken. Could use more flavor or sauces to enhance. Menu needs an update.
