Helmed by Executive Chef Bob Ryan, Little Sparrow is a neighborhood "continental" restaurant from Ford Fry. Inspired by Parisian bistros and Brooklyn’s favorite taverns, Little Sparrow picks up the mantle from its beloved predecessor, JCT Kitchen and Bar to serve the Westside in a new incarnation. Named in honor of superstar French chanteuse Edith Piaf (Fry’s Howell Mill Road steakhouse, Marcel, is named after Piaf’s lover, boxer Marcel Cerdan) the menu presents timeless Brasserie classics and simple, indulgent fare including an entire section dedicated to extraordinary "Frites." Dinner is framed by a top-flight cocktail program and a superbly curated wine list, as well as tableside service meant to make every guest feel pampered.

Delicious. Jose was excellent server while Danielle the Sommelier, gave us courage and inspiration. Ty, the host, always makes us feel at home. Will be back again soon.

Service was exceptional; attentive without hovering. The noise level was relatively low; no problem carrying on with conversation. We were able to bring our own bottle of a 2010 Bordeaux, something many restaurants do not allow. The onion soup was a standout, as we expected, having recently been mentioned in the NYTimes. My wife is extremely demanding regarding that dish and she was thrilled. I opted for the burger, far and away the best ever, as it should have been. We will return and probably try some of their seafood/fish selections.

We had such an amazing New Year’s Experience! The staff was in the spirit too handing out hats and noisemakers! The food was delicious and we loved our server.

Generally, the food is a 5 star. Since the menu was pre-selected, the food was not great. The value far exceeded the quality. The meal was not $145 person quality. Because the food is great generally, I still love it. The service was magnificent. Happy New Year! See you in 2025. Thanks.

Got seated over an hour late after our reservation time. Repeatedly had to wait to eat bc of not having silverware. Entree was lacking.
