Lilac is a modern Mediterranean restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred chef and California native, John Fraser. Lilac exclusively offers a 4-course prix fixe menu featuring signature elements of Chef Fraser's mastery of Mediterranean cuisine explored through the lens of Floridian coastal produce. Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, the dining room’s walnut flooring and the warm glow from the pendant globes create an elevated, convivial space focused around an eight-seat Christian Liaigre chef’s counter in sandblasted walnut and a lively open kitchen. Taking its cues from Fraser’s Greek heritage and his admiration of Turkish cuisine, Lilac’s balanced menu is a celebration of the chef’s vegetable-forward philosophy using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.

I asked for a better seat for my birthday girl when I made reservations 2 weeks prior and we received a basic table. After talking with the host they said they had big parties for those tables. Ok I’m thinking but then see two 2 tops seated there. The 2 top table we sat at put my back to the kitchen. Why don’t they seat the 2 tops sideways so everyone has a few of the great kitchen? The hors d’oeuvres were good and some of the sauces were great. But the steak for an extra $135 was not worth it at all. I’ve make better seasoned steak at home. Sadly I wasn’t as happy as I thought I would be. We were really looking for an amazing experience to remember forever. That won’t be the case

The service from everyone was the absolute best I have ever experienced. Everyone was dialed in and professional... kudos to management. The food was excellent, but some refinement is needed to make the sides more appealing than the same you might get at a regular dinner. The wine choices paired very well with dinner. Overall, excellent evening

My recent visit to Lilac was nothing short of extraordinary. This one-star Michelin restaurant deserves every bit of its acclaim. From the start, the ambiance was elegant yet inviting, setting the perfect tone for an evening of culinary delight. The service was impeccable—every staff member was attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs with genuine warmth. Each course brought a new wave of flavor, showcasing the chef’s creativity and dedication to perfection. To our delight, we received a complimentary caviar tasting from the chef, a generous gesture that added an unforgettable touch of luxury to the experience. Every bite was a revelation, from the delicate balance of flavors to the exquisite presentation. Lilac isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. For anyone who appreciates exceptional cuisine and thoughtful service, this place is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next meal here!

Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name) was fantastic. The food was excellent. We did the wine pairing and the wines were perfect for each dish.
