Lilac, the Michelin-Starred Mediterranean restaurant helmed by the esteemed Chef John Fraser, redefines the art of dining. It features signature elements of Chef Fraser's Mediterranean cuisine mastery, explored through fresh Floridian ingredients.

Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, the dining room’s open concept, walnut flooring, and glowing pendant globes surround an eight-seat Christian Liaigre chef’s counter and a lively open kitchen, creating a convivial, yet elevated environment. Taking its cues from Fraser’s Greek heritage and his admiration of Turkish and French cuisines, Lilac’s menu is a balance of fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced items with bold flavors and exquisite presentations.

We came for our 21st wedding anniversary and Lilac did not disappoint. We were greeted personally by all the wait staff. We were brought to our table with a personal card about our anniversary. The food was beyond excellent, the service was the best service we have ever received. Each course was crafted to perfection. The presentation was beyond amazing. The food tasted excellent. I am still thinking about it the next day. The overall experience was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Thank you for helping us celebrate our special day and making us feel more than special.

Another exceptional meal at Lilac complemented by incredible service and beautiful ambience. Ryan, the sommelier, affords guests a delightful selection of wine pairings. Lilac is surely a gem in the Tampa area.

EXCEPTIONAL! From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, and the presentation. This is THEE place to eat and celebrate any special occasions in your life. Also, to just have a romantic and meaningful date night. Love knowing that the menu is revised and curated for each season and guess that means Lilac will just have to be a qrtly. date night spot. If you haven't gone yet, GO! You will not be disappointed and will be longing for the whole experience again once it all is over. Be prepared for being treated like royalty!

This is the third or fourth time I have done dinner at Lilac, as my fiance and I are snowbirds and try to come in at least once when back from Chicago. All experiences have been amazing, but I think this may have been the best. They are definitely still improving an already excellent experience that is hard to improve. The knowledge the service staff has is amazing. True professionals. Timing on everything is spot on. You feel like royalty here, which in Tampa, there are not many places that accomplish that. And of course the star of the show; the food. No detail is spared and everything is cooked to absolute perfection. Is it a bit pricey, sure. But you are not going to get this experience anywhere else in Florida, or the Southeast US for that matter, so it is worth it.
