LIBERTÉ – der Name ist bei uns tatsächlich Programm. Das französische Wort für Freiheit spürt man in unserem Bistro auf der Elbe ganz besonders. Auf der Wasserseite das Dock 11, Schiffe zum Greifen nah, dazu der grandiose Panoramablick bis zur Elphi. Auf der Landseite beeindruckt die historische Fischauktionshalle. Mehr Hamburg ist schwer zu finden.

Cocktails are an art form to me, and the traditional Cuban mojito I had was a perfect example. Made by a Cuban bartender, it struck just the right balance of fresh mint, lime, and sweetness, capturing the authentic essence of the classic drink.

Beautiful location but way overpriced. The quality is not in line with the price. For a French place, the bread is not good enough. The very small jar of water is 5,90€ but it is standard tab water that is ridiculous. The water is not even filtered or served with a lemon or mint, nothing. Just a wet jar from the tab. My salad was fine but absolutely nothing special for somewhere around 25€. Also I had one glass of wine and it was a very standard white for 16€, I am sure the bottle costs much less when you buy it. The place lives on its fantastic view, which you come for, don’t’ expect great food and expect overpriced rates.
