Located on the Chesapeake Bay at the base of the Bay Bridge, Libbey's Coastal Kitchen + Cocktails is the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets , fresh local seafood and hand crafted cocktails. Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for any of the outdoor seating. If tables are available when you arrive, we will be happy to seat you outside. While pets are allowed when the Below Deck area is open, we only allow SERVICE ANIMALS ( not pets or support) in the upstairs spaces.

It was the first time that my friends and I had been to Libbey’s. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our server was friendly, checked on us just the right amount, and offered good suggestions on items for us to try. It was a cold, rainy day and the ambience in the restaurant was lovely and the view of the bay can’t be beaten. We will be back.

Sat brunch... Fantastic... 1st visit... Although we live in Cambridge MD, it was worth the drive... We wish that they would consider a second location... The Owern of the Red Snapper on the water in Cambridge MD is retiring and closing the Restaurant. Ideal for a 2nd Libbey's location...

We enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere very much. This was the first time we have eaten inside because we love the deck. The winter menu has something for everyone in every category. The prices were average. The food here is the main thing. Have never ordered something we didn’t like and normally a party of 5 or more. Love this place but can’t wait for the deck to open again.

The fried oysters and pesto pasta were excellent. Wedge salad had delicious blue cheese dressing just way too much and drown the wedge.

We had a great Thanksgiving! Seated by the window. Excellent Service. Great greeting upon arrival. Food was delicious!

The crab cakes and brussell sprouts were delicious. Our server was very friendly. We caught the sunset so the ambiance was perfect

It’s ok. We booked a table for outdoors but they seated us inside. Originally assumed outdoors was closed off but then realized the probably just didn’t want to seat people outside. They really should find a way to make it so the servers do not hate working the outside area. Wine list is what you see at ever single restaurant in the world, nothing interesting at all. Food is pretty good, my quesadilla was not very tasty but normally the food is very good. Service is very solid but the hostesses could be more welcoming. This a good place overall, definitely better since the new management took over.

Thank you for your review. Our outside area known as Below Deck is closed for the season. however, we do offer seating outside on our covered rooftop deck upon request through our hostess when you arrive! We hope to see you return again in the future for a 5-star experience!

I have found that Libbey’s food can be hit or miss. Last night it was terrific! I had the miso salmon and absolutely loved it. You can’t beat the view. The noise level was high, and it was sometimes challenging to have a conversation with my elderly companion. They were quite busy, and service was a bit slow, but very friendly.
