Food was very good. Service was excellent. Had music which was at a good volume and guitarist was excellent. We had a great time!

A 5 star experience. Check in - quick easy and informative.Our room spacious, clean and comfortable. Special thanks to all the waitresss who worked last night(150 people here) we were seated within a resonable time.. service was 5 star! The prime rib special melted in our mouths! Special shout out to Nicki and Beth!!! They made us feel so special... a great asset to White Mountain Hotel! Come here... you'll have a 4 star experience!!

The service was excellent. Our party of 4 all had different entrees that all of us enjoyed. The food was high quality and flavorful. The views from the dining room window are amazing and add to the overall dining experience. We will be coming back soon.

Sadly our food was lukewarm. Maybe it was because the restaurant was extremely busy. We've been here many times and it was the first time that our food was not warm.

We went here for an anniversary dinner. We had a reservation for the time they opened. We were seated on time and received prompt service. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful when we asked questions. We both had the prime rib special. The meat was cooked to our instructions, and the popover made it a bit more special. The white chocolate bread pudding for desert was excellent. Service was timely through out the meal. There was a pianist playing dinner music. It added nicely to the mood. We were there after dark but we will return another time when the sun is still up because the restaurant location offers stunning views of the mountains.

We stay here once a year. The renovations are so classy and charming and makes the experience more comfortable. The service is 5 star. Outstanding.
