   Afternoon tea was outstanding. All the items were very tasty. Service and ambience was stellar.

   We had the Sunday roast menu and they were delicious! They looked beautiful too.

   The most delicious afternoon tea I have ever had. Nothing was too much hassle, e.g swapping a sandwich choice. Staff and atmosphere were lovely.

   The food and staff were amazing, I highly recommend booking with them if your looking for a quality dish :)

   We ordered 4 meals, 3 came correctly one was not, we had to wait 15 minutes for the fourth persons meal which was a bit disappointing.

   I wouldn't book here to eat again. We arrived and there seemed to be no staff in the restaurant. One member of staff appeared to be covering all the way through from the reception desk to the our table. We asked them for some drinks which took about 20 to arrive and then again had to prompt for food orders to be taken. There still seemed to be no restaurant staff around. Our food eventually arrived about an hour and a half after we arrived (it was just a cooked breakfast!) without several of the elements. IE 2 of us with the vegetarian breakfast were offered a choice of white or brown toast when we ordered and then none arrived. The food was all fine at this point, a standard breakfast but the service and wait was really disappointing. We had family over from America too.

   could not fault the food, hot food served on very hot plates, was a good size 3 course meal. staff were great and helpful and all went down well with a good wine

   Staff were lovely. Food was good. Desert never came. Left slightly disappointed but enjoyed what we ate and drank.

   I treated my sister for her 50th birthday. It was such a lovely experience for her. We were served by wonderful staff who were accommodating and friendly.

    Friendly service. Easy booking. Nice bathrooms. Good cakes. Good that there is a vegan menu. Pretty expensive for how much you get but this is normal for fancy tea. London would be more expensive still. Disappointing plastic plants everywhere and low level airport style music. A classical playlist would be more appropriate I would say. Overall perfectly pleasant but not memorable.
