With locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Delray Beach, Houston, and Naples, the famed Vietnamese restaurant is designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence. Celebrated restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver exquisite attention to detail in the luxurious, classic, and romantic atmosphere of Lake Forest’s lively Market Square District. We will only be offering a $125 per person pre fix dinner. Credit cards are required to make all reservations. There is a 72 hour cancelation policy. Any reservations cancelled within 72 hours will be charged $50 per person. Our menu will be available online shortly. A 20% service charge will be added to all checks.

Our party of 6 was celebrating a milestone birthday, while the food was absolutely delicious, the service was extremely inattentive. Our server must have had far too many tables or was preoccupied with other tasks elevate in the restaurant because he seldom visited us. At the restaurants price point, I find this inexcusable and will likely not return with my family.

Service was slow. Had to ask for someone to come and take a drink order and at 6:00 the restaurant was not busy. Food was excellent as usual and the space and decor are excellent.

As usual, Le Colonial Lake Forest did not disappoint. The ambiance is gorgeous, we were spoiled by our waiter, and the food was outstanding. A fantastic place to spend time with dear friends and loved ones. Thank you Le Colonial Lake Forest for another stellar meal and experience.

I made reservation through opentable. When we got there, we've been told that we don't have a reservation, they could not find it and we have to wait 45 minutes. I showed a screenshot of it and all of a sudden, they found it in different day, so they said. They were able to sit us fimally, not in main dining room, on the terrace. It was not very nice experience after all that. The food and service were good. The way the restaurant handeled the situation with loosing our reservation, was simply disappointing. Not sure if I'll be going there again.

Had a 5 pm rez, hurried us through dinner, tried to clear plates as we were eating, thought the food was very over priced for what it was-no free birthday dessert either which is a little ridiculous given what you’re spending.

Our wait person was wonderful and added to the enjoyment of the food . I must express one bus person was too eager to clear our table . It seemed like she just wanted us to leave so she could go home or something. I sake for more crisps for our tar tar and you would think it was a mystery! All jn all it was a great dinner . Far from our first time there and we love love love this restaurant! WE WILL BE BACK!
