Le Colonial is a celebration of seductive spirit and vivid flavors reminiscent of Saigon in the 1920s. Overall an outstanding evening from start to finish. Good creative cocktails. Interesting and delicious apps and flavor packed entrees combines with excellent service made for a wonderful evening. We ordered too much, but as first timers wanted to try as much as possible. Followed our server’s recommendations and glad we did as he recommended things we wouldn’t consider. Like the beef ravioli small plate. Don’t let the name deter you, the flavors are incredible! We had the tuna tartare instead of the ceviche and it was wonderful. The shaking beef entree was another one we would not have considered and it is off the chart good. The eggplant small plate was also memorable. A little coconut pineapple upside down cake and we called it a wonderful evening!

I’ve eaten at Le Colonial 3 times and the food has been excellent every time! They did a beautiful job on the design and finishes creating a great ambiance. It’s a great place for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. Great addition to Cherry Creek.

We went for new years and for a preset menu at $135 a person it was very underwhelming.

Every part of our 2 experiences at Le Colonial have been top notch. The ambience and the decor are beautiful, the service from the moment you enter the building is welcoming and attentive, and the menu is inventive and delicious. We had great waitstaff for both nights, our drinks were excellent, and the food preparation is just gorgeous. We had the tuna tartare, the chilled shrimp rolls, the hamachi, and the pork rolls. ALL delicious! We also had the shaking beef and the halibut - also delicious. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Experienced good and bad. Dined here for NYE. The aesthetic and atmosphere are spectacular! The food was delicious - amazing flavors and variety. Fabulous seafood options. However, the service was such a let down. First, I called to update our reservation time and was put on hold for 15 minutes before being hung up on. When I called back the concierge seemed annoyed and offered little apology. Next, the hostess was visibly overwhelmed and was unfriendly and short with everyone walking through the door. Our server was friendly but offered zero introduction about the restaurant or menu. The NYE menu was pre fixe with amuse and champagne to start but she forgot our champagne. We had to ask her for it and it was finally served after our meal was over. I hope the service can elevate itself to be as good as the food and atmosphere!

Food was fresh and good! More French than Viet influence but still good. The new year special was 135 3 course meal per person. Portion was well portioned. This restaurant does include tip so consumers are aware. No complaints. I would want to visit for their regular menu though!

We had a great NYE dinner celebration. All the food was amazing. I really enjoyed the menu and the ceviche was delicious. The service was spot on. Kudos to your team!
