Appetizers were good. Main courses came out cold and not very flavorful. Drinks were so-so. Parking on a Friday night in the Hyatt parking lot was awful. There are better places to eat. This is a typical restaurant found inside a hotel.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service is fantastic. The appetizers and drinks we had were awesome but thr entrees were lacking with overcooked proteins. We wouls go back again just for drinks and apps.

We were greeted by John the host and while sitting us we chatted and he made my wife, Jen and I feel so welcomed on top of him being warmly funny. Our Server, sorry for got her name, was extremely attentive, helpful and so nice. We talked and she was so helpful at making drink selections. Which were perfectly crafted. For dinner, We started with the charcuterie board. Which was loaded with delicious meats, cheese and sides. Then we moved in to our mains. We both ordered pastas dishes since they were made fresh onsite. I ordered the Bolognese and my wife got gnocchi with a Cacio e pepe sauce. Both dishes were plentiful, delectable, but we couldn’t finish. We had some desert Martinis, one chocolate and coffee with a Crème Burle to share and were very happy with those as well. I highly recommend if not for the ambiance and great food but for the perfect dining experience.

What a great restaurant for food. You could put Laurea in downtown Princeton and it would fit right in. The Charcuterie board was fresh, the focaccia was delicious and the entrees were excellent. We had the Tuscan Chicken and the Red Snapper. The downside is it’s in a weird hotel. It definitely takes away from the ambiance. The night we went there were a bunch of unattended children running around the hotel screaming which was unfortunate. However, the food’s great and the bar is beautiful.

Very good food and unique specials if you wanted to try something different. I highly recommend them, both the restaurant and the specials!

The price to value was not there. The prices were fairly high like NYC or Philly high and the food/drink and ambience not even remotely close to being there. Also they should specify there are part of a HOTEL. I was under the impression that it was a standalone restaurant.

The food was okay nothing special at all. If anything the drinks was better then the food. I waiter was interesting the least to say. Overall give it a 1 star

This was for a birthday dinner and the I can say it was confusing finding our way down to the restaurant from the lobby took about 5 minutes to find the elevator. Then waited around 10 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. After being seated our waitress was very nice and polite she was super sweet and accommodating. But the food does not live up to the expectations. I ordered the Iron flat steak and it was inedible completely burned on the outside with no seasoning not even salt, the mashed potatoes were bland and the asparagus was completely basic no seasoning or flavor at all. I would only go for the drinks not the food .
